Thanks to Tri-State we didn’t get to have a Thanksgiving this year. We called Frigidaire the last week in Oct to report our oven wasn’t working. (Note: we have only been using it for 6 month) since it was still under warranty they sent Tri-State out to fix it. It is Dec 2 and it’s still not fixed. We had to call Frigidaire and request a new repair company. This place is a joke, they don’t care, they are very unorganized, don’t answer their phone, or return calls. They even told us I think the part was delivered to “the house across the street” I will check and call you back. Never called us back. Told us numerous times they would call us back and never did. HORRIBLE... Customer service!!!

Terrible customer service for getting my LG refrigerator repaired. They are the closest (60 miles) to my home in Huntsville of 3 LG authorized repair shops for warranty work. I made an initial appointment for likely replacement of the compressor and they were going to order a compressor so the tech would have one when he arrived. The day and time of the appointment arrived with no word from anyone. I finally called a couple of hours after the scheduled time to be informed that the compressor had not arrived but was expected any time so I made another appointment for the next available slot for one LG tech that they have. The appointment was for week after the original. After not hearing from them again I called the afternoon before my appointment scheduled for the following morning to verify they had received the compressor and that they would be there as scheduled. This time they said they had the compressor but a control board not previously mentioned was on back order. This time the lady suggested I not make another appointment until the control board came in. I asked her to email the part number for the control board to see if I could find. An email form the owner/manager did arrive shortly after with the part number and I was able to find several online. I emailed the owner back asking if that control board would have to be replaced and if so would it be covered under warranty or not. If it wasn't I was going to order it myself to speed the process up if I was going to have to pay for it anyway. It's been two weeks since then with no reply to that email and no phone updates. They obviously don't care about the customer since they pretty much have a monopoly on LG warranty work in north Alabama. The lack of LG authorized service centers will definitely factor into me ever buying LG appliances again.

Called to get them to fix oven/microwave combo unit. Tech thought he was fixing the microwave. He pushed a few buttons and said it was broke. Said we could call office if we wanted them to find a new unit, charged their fee and left. A few days later my father asked if we checked the breaker. We told him it had power. He told us it runs on two breakers. Checked it and that was the problem. Called the company and was given the run around.

I purchased a brand new Whirlpool washer the end of July. 7 weeks later it wasnt working. Whirlpool set up an appt. For service and I waited all day. No call no show. So I called whirlpool back and was given their number. It was several days before they were able to come. The part took two weeks to come in. When they came back it did not fix the problem. Had to order another part which came in on Friday. Appt. Was scheduled today between three and five for technicians to install the part. Its 514. Noone has showed up or called. I called there office 3 times between 430 and 5 and noone answered the phone. Left message on answering machine and noone has called back. Very poor service. Very little concern for their customers. I will be calling whirlpool back in the morning about the situation. Completely unacceptable.
