Front desk lady was very nice and knowledgeable. Young Nurse was a little curt and rude-ish, and didn't know common meds like generic synthroid. That turned into a medicine spelling bee with my wife's 12 meds. But the Nurse was not bad. The Doctor was good and seemed thorough. We did not feel like she rushed us. We were a little sketchy on the diagnosis, but she was very clear about the meds and treatment and by the time we drove around the corner to CVS they were there! :^) Overall decent experience and we waited less than 20 minutes. Used to waiting 30 minutes to an hour or 2 or longer in Ohio. (I previously worked in a mid size hospital lab) There is a kids waiting area that looked nice and everything seemed clean. Not super new, but clean.

Had i sinus infection went yo go now doctor with a bad headache and pressure behind my eyes my Dr office was closed so i went to Go now doctor sorry i did cost me $25.00 for the Doctor to tell me he does give antibiotics or steroids to use spray on my nosr and Zyrtec i was not suffering from allergies i have a sinus infection what a waste of money and time he never even looked in my nose will never go there again my first and last time.

Please take down this Rainbow City location as it is now closed. I don't want other people wasting their time driving here since it is no longer open.

I signed in at 8:40am. The front office staff was super efficient and helpful. I had seen the NP, and both of my toddlers had, and i was hope by 10am. They went above and beyond to be good and accommodating to my children, and they made them Feel comfortable and at ease. We WILL be back!
