Went in because my cellphone was blacking out, well Andrew and the crew were not offering any solutions, told me call the insurance company that they handle it. He was very dry, rude, and no empathy towards helping in anyway. It seemed he was more about his egoistic attitude than listening to my questions. I walked out and will never return.

Went here to switch from metro. Got a so called deal for a $500 phone for $99. They want me to set up an account and had to say my social out loud(another store had me input it myself so they couldn't see) they get me to purchase a protective screen with warranty first(about $80). After they look up what I needed to pay for the phone and all which was about $400 and I would get some back overtime in 2 yrs (about the same as signing a 2 yr contract)Stood there 30 minutes for her to cancell account that should have never been made. Took 2 days for the refund. I get a bill two weeks later for 2.50 for cancellation. Had to call that in. Time wasted.

Went in check out the service plans for the Magenta Max 55+ plan. I didn't get the Ladies name but she was very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. I've got about 28 more days left on my current cycle with another carrier and will be back to get the plan.
