Called and left message 3 days ago, no return call. I am looking for a new lawn service provider. Guess they aren't interested in new customers.

Poor customer service. Had to remind them to come to my home for an estimate after it had been scheduled in advance. Then, they promised to be at my home the next day at 9:00 to do the work but did not show up until 10:00. Company rep gave my wife nothing but excuses as to why they could not be on time, and even asked her if she had somewhere else she needed to be that day because he couldn't nail down when he would show up. Shrub trimming work was completed as discussed, and looks neat and tidy as requested. My experience demonstrated that this company does not respect its customers' time and cannot effectively schedule services. I will not be hiring them again.
