        Walked into the store, asked if I had signed in online and then was told I had to download an app, create an account and then I could check in for a haircut. There was only one other person inside waiting for a haircut but I wasnt allowed to just sign in even though I was standing there in person and they were not busy at all? I think if the only way you can get in to a place is by having the app, thats going to turn away business. I dont want another app on my phone. I just wanted a haircut.

        Not very happy with today's visit. I was che ked in and waiting inside. Someone who checked in from the app(as I did),but wasn't actually in the store. He was called as soon as he walked in. Only went here because of time. Will not be back
