Mad Grill

I dont usually write reviews, but after my experience here I felt I just HAD to:
I heard this place reopened with alot of changes, and saw commercials on local TV and read good reviews online-- so I headed out to see what this Mad Grill was all about.
After being seated by a friendly hostess, our waitress took our drink order and we headed to the buffet line. I noticed the bufffet line wasnt very large, but Im not going to make a snap judgement so I shuffled around and tried a little bit of everything there.
NOT ONE THING there was actually cooked/prepared! EVERYTHING is simply dumped from a can into the buffet tray and then sits and waits. I saw the staff dumping new trays of food OVERTOP of the old food on the buffet line. Now how long has that bottom layer of food been there? God only knows!
The entire buffet line was tasteless (perhaps the meatloaf was ok). The ham slices were so old and dry you could shingle your house with them.
My only recommendation about the Mad Grill is to wait a short while for them to go out of business again, and hope that the next restaurant actually hires a chef.
