This review is harassment/bullying and based on absolutely false information and will be treated as such. It is not typical for our business to reply to reviews. If a valid poor review is left, our business practice is to reach out to ensure our valued clients are happy and any concerns are resolved as quickly as possible. 
In the case of Melanie Buss’ review however, we feel it is necessary to address because she has openly said that she is going to blast us with “bad reviews” with no proof of a bad service at all. 
Melanie has not had her color done in our salon in almost a full year - 4/4/2023 was her original appt where we received no complaint. After this service- we did not hear from her again until she came in for a haircut only in September of the same year (5 months later with no complaints). On a random day in November, she called to let us know that we had “fried” her hair. I (Sydney) spoke with her on the phone while looking at her account and said “maam.. are you speaking about the highlight you received from us in April? That was 7 months ago and this is the first complaint I am hearing of and it is NOVEMBER.”She stated that she was unhappy and rambled in a manner that was honestly confusing and all over the place. I then said to her.. “maam, if you were so unhappy with your service in April, why did you return to us in September for a cut?” She then acted surprised that I knew her appt history and started stumbling over her words and said that she did like her cut but a stylist at another salon had recently told her that we must have fried her hair. I let her know that we are not responsible for the condition of her hair 7 months after we highlighted it and to our knowledge- had no issues. She then started screaming and said she would leave us reviews and wouldn’t quit. She then left us her first bad review in November of 2023. So to clarify- our stylist highlighted Melanie’s hair in April, she came back to our salon in September for a haircut… no complaints for either service in any of that time and then in November we received a random call complaining that her hair was damaged and the threats began. We did not respond to the review made in November. There was nothing we could do to reconcile or make sense of it. Today, March 26th 2024, we received this random review bashing us again for a single service performed almost a year ago. It is ridiculous. I’m writing this for our future customers to understand that these reviews are unfair sometimes. We work hard to take great care of our guests and to ensure a great experience.
