Flanagan Construction Inc /TKF Roofing

I contacted TKF Roofing to get an estimate on fixing a small leak around my chimney. The guy came out twice and climbed on top of my roof twice and never sent me a quote to have the leak fixed. Not sure why anyone would go to the trouble of two roof inspections only to not send a quote. In response to the owner: I was never given a price, verbally or a quotation, to repair the leak around my chimney. I called and text Kyle multiple times and the last thing he told me was that he thought the quote was sent to me and that he was heading in to the office and would make sure it was sent. I never received it. Your response, however, tells me everything I need to know to not do business with your company.

I was getting quotes to have our roof done and Flanagan Construction was recommended. Terry was awesome. He came out and inspected my roof and let me know what he found. After discussing the pros and cons of metal versus asphalt we made a decision. Terry provided a variety of shingle colors for us to choose from and was quick to respond to our questions. Once the date was set to get our new roof he and his guys showed up early hit it hard and knocked it out. They did a terrific job and we would highly recommend you call him. Once you meet him and talk about what you are looking to do you'll know you are in good hands.

TFK roofing replaced my roof last month. I can't possibly express adequately how pleased I was with everything about the job the company did. But the key to all of it was the owner Terry Flanagan. I became aware of him through some very strange circumstances when another local company was illegally using his insurance forms to claim they were covered by his workers comp insurance. (I guess they didn't think I would verify their insurance! ) I was so impressed with Terry when I called to verify the insurance coverage that I asked him if he wanted to give me an estimate on my roof even though I was about 90+ minutes away. He did... and everything that has happened since then has been flawless. He even came all they way to meet with my insurance adjuster and I think was instrumental in getting my insurance claim approved. He was on site overseeing the entire installation job. He is very impressive as a business owner as well as a person. I think he is extremely honest and fair. I highly recommend him and his company!!
