This place is always out of meatball. How convenient. Slow service. Employee likes to laugh everytime he says that they're out too.

Ordered online, thinking it would be more convenient. (I'd been there several times before because it's the closest food establishment to my work and spent almost my entire break waiting in line.) I arrive 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready. Wait for about a minute before the boy working acknowledges me. He tells me he still hasn't made my order because it's been so busy. (Online orders are supposed to be priority..) He was clearly rather new, but was there by himself at lunch time.. I understand being overwhelmed and I really don't blame him but rather the horrible management. At that point there was really nothing I could do. He was serving multiple people, I was on my lunch break, so I left, even though I'd already paid online. Second time I order online, it actually went as it was supposed to. I guess I pushed my luck by ordering tonight, thinking it could go smoothly twice in a row... When you make an online order you're required to include a phone number, in case there are any issues. But when I get there.. they tell me they're out of turkey so they haven't made my food! That is what the phone number is for..so these incidents don't happen! I have never left a complaint for any store/food place, but I've never had so many bad experiences somewhere! It baffles me as to how this Subway is still in business. I guess I'll just have to sprint through Publix next time I forget to bring food to work.
