I am giving a 5 star review because these two men went out of their way to help me today! I really appreciate how far they went to help us get my mother her CPAP mask. I spoke with a woman on the phone first named Taylor who was UNWILLING to help and simply passed me to Rick and Josh who did an amazing job Thank you for your hard work Rick and Josh

Aerocare delivered O2 on August 6 for my father. He passed away on August 18. I have been trying to get someone to pick up the O2 machine since then. I have called and spoken to several people and even left messages. I have tried to get them to call me before they come so that I can meet them there for pick up. They have sent someone twice without calling me, so they were not able to access. The reps are always unprofessional and rude. I finally put the machine on the porch and called to let them know. The equipment is still sitting there. It's been 5 days. Terrible customer service and poor business model.

I have not been able to speak with anyone for the last 6 months. Trying to get my supplies. When I did reach Nikki she hung up on me.

I spoke to "Nikki" a rep who was extremely RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and UNKNOWLEDGEABLE of what was going with my equipment. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up in my face!

I had a great experience, the representative was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. She said, If I needed anything don’t hesitate to call anytime. Sleeping great!!😴
