        I called for an early morning airport car service from downtown while on business. (Uber/Lyft/Taxis are unreliable in Birmingham and virtually nonexistent at 4am!)Raymond explained that because of the location of his business (on the south side of Birmingham) it would make sense for me to hire a different car service. He then texted me the names and numbers of his competitors and was completely committed to helping me book a ride to the airport.What an honest and caring business owner!
