After contacting 4 different roofers who were all eager to sell me new roof, but not interest in repair, the Dunaway folks came quickly, they did much more thorough inspection finding it was a rotted prefab chimney that had caused leaking a destructive of the surrounding roof. They were quick to come do the repair and we are very pleased with the outcome Service: Roof repair

My life is very busy I have currently just been dealing with my leaking roof thinking I'll get back around to it had completely forgotten that I had put in a request for a quote with this company the receptionist was great though she saw the request and called me. We set up for a man to come out and take a look and give a quote. I did not get to meet this man due to work but my Tennant was home to greet him and I informed the man (who was calling to inform me he was going to be several hours late) that I did have to work but someone would be home and to give all info to her in my place. Upon getting home from work my Tennant informed me that she believes he knows what he is talking about but he seemed "tweeked out". I've known many a people who do a marvelous job even with a demon on their shoulder so fingers crossed what was the quote? He didn't give one. He would call in a day or two with it. Next day he did call quoted around 3000 ok well I would have to make some kind of payment arrangement give me a few days to sort out my finances. It does wind up being about a week that goes by I call them but no one answers so I leave a voice-mail "Hi this is, I'm sorry I haven't been able to call till now but I have gone over my finances and I will be able to make payments as you specified last time when you get a chance please call me back so we can discuss setting up an appointment and payment schedule my number is." That has now been over a month ago now my roof has yet to be fixed because I'm primarily at work. They do not seem interested in doing work so I'm uninterested in giving them work.
