        Having used Autumn Air once before with great results, I called to schedule a seasonal cleaning/tune-up and I'm happy to see that nothing has changed and the technicians are as friendly, knowledgeable, and go that extra step throughout the appointment. My technician, Kaleb, called about half an hour beforehand, arrived on time, and set about cleaning and testing the outside unit and even attempting to scrub the more stained surface areas just for that extra polish to the job. We then went inside and examined the interior unit, showing me pictures of the internals so he could visually go over with me what could use servicing and why. An A+ experience and a continuing trend with this company.
