I am so disappointed this company come out the first time I was lead to believe they were honest and trustworthy, but when I called them back out within two months of the first visit they told us if we changed our tank lids to the above ground lids it would cost less when they get called again , the plumbing company was told the homeowner was on disability the worker in charge told him he could get financed through Greensky for 3 percent the worker in charge got his tablet and applied for the loan for the homeowner it all sound good, but in reality the loan was 26 percent and the homeowner was never informed about the finance rate, when I called the plumbing company they said it wasn't there fault ,really your worker done all the paperwork on his tablet ,how are they not responsible, this is a warning if this company comes to your residence do not electronically sign anything they are misleading elderly people , I am surprised they are still pushing elderly people into financing things they don't need, I also informed the finance company and they give me my additional cost back because they know that's not good business

I had to have my septic tank pumped in an emergency situation and American Plumbing and Septic were on time and did a great job. Everyone from the lady I spoke with to set up the appointment to the guys that were sent out were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Ripped off my 80 year old dad. Hand dug a trench about 4inches deep from pump too tank.drilled a hole in foundation at bad angle,put pex line that is too small,takes forever too recover.no volume. Charged 3,500.00 to do it. There is no way a real plumder would put his name on it. I wish i would have been there i would have ran them off. Seems all is coming out now. You crooks will finally pay for your greed,I hope you all go to jail for a long time.
