Overall the condo was disappointing, condo was not very clean, mattresses were uncomfortable, water pressure was terrible, patio furniture was not as pictured and not very nice. Really disappointing considering how much we paid for a week's vacation. Sugar Sands also still uses keys to the condo which is terribly inconvenient, you have to stop by their office to pick up keys, and drop them off. Why not just use the key pad on the door and make everyone's lives more convenient?? The water hose where you wash your feet, sand toys etc., needs drainage because by the end of the say there is a large puddle of disgusting black water. Very, very disappointed in the White Caps condo and Sugar Sands Realty.

Rented Sugar Beach Condominium #140 from 8/27 through 9/1/2021. Unclean unit. Closets PACKED with broken furniture. Sleeps 6 but no linen provided for all beds. Electrical outlet falling out of the wall. Shower broken. Kitchen light fell to the floor. I sent pictures along with my complaint to Sugar Sands Realty staff, Bobby Thompson, he texted they would "be here in the morning"...never showed up. Realty staff, Christina unprofessional. Over charged ten dollars for parking pass...you can purchase the passes 10 dollars cheaper from Guard shack on entrance to the condos...when I called Sugar Sands Realty to ask why they charge more for the parking pass..was told "we are not going to tell you where to get it cheaper". Do not arrange your accommodations with Sugar Sands Realty or stay in Sugar Beach Condominium unit 140....very unprofessional Realty company and poorly maintained unit #140
