        We don't pay for the "super fast" connection because no matter which speed you pay for, it's all slow. Sometimes we don't even have enough speed to watch Netflix or ANY of the "free" TV.

        Very concerned at the lack of communication with this company. For the past couple of days weve had internet issues and it was literally just installed. Every time weve called they keep saying theyll call us back... Do they? Nope. They keep telling us theyll get with a tech to send them over to address the situation then we will never hear anything back. So we call again and like every time we are told by someone different, No we dont have a request for a tech. Harbor Communications this issue needs to be handle. Im starting to miss our services with BroadStar and they werent the greatest.

        Terrible. Worst service I have ever not received Becuase they will not call me back or schedule me an appointment when it said it would only take two days its been two weeks. Never met someone who doesnt want to take your money. LOL
