Big disappointment. My wife and I arrived at the designated time for our reserved waverunner dolphin tour to find no one there from Extreme Watersports. They had apparently decided to close early on a beautiful Gulf coast afternoon. After calling three different telephone numbers I was informed that someone had called my cellphone earlier in the day to reschedule. No voice message or text, just a missed call from an unknown caller. This is poor business practice and I would not recommend Alabama Extreme Watersports for future tours.
