Robert Young - COUNTRY Financial representative

My vehicle was hit by a Country Financial Policyholder , and caused over $3000 damage. Country Financial has accepted liability for the accident and sent me a check for much less than that, but are refusing to pay for the full, complete, and safe repair of my vehicle. In addition, my vehicle now has been in an accident, and it is now worth less than it was before the accident. This diminished value should also be paid to me since it was because of their policy holder that my car has reduced its value. I asked them to do the honorable thing by paying me what is due, but they insist on making it difficult for me, who was hit from behind and am not at fault in any way. I have filed a complaint against them with the Alabama Attorney General, the Alabama Department of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau. This company is not conducting itself fairly or with integrity, and I do not recommend anyone contract with them for insurance.

Every thing was great until they reported me to collections. They took me off of my family's insurance plan, didn't inform me, so my bill did not get paid. I called to ask them why I had been taken off/canceled (I have no tickets, accidents, or removed points on my license) and asked them if I owed any thing. They said "no" so I moved to another company since my policy was already cancelled, but have just received a statement from a collections company for something they never called to retrieve or inform me about.
