Earlier this Morning my friend had a medical emergency, she was in and out of state passing out consistently. The fire department was of more assistance than this facility, it took them 45 minutes just to get to our dorm room. because they had no ambulance that was willing to help immediately!!Not only that but after she was given her IV, they sat her back in the lobby in a wheelchair to wait for results. we are still sitting waiting for her test results to come back here they sitting for over an hour and 25 minutes waiting for a text to come back on blood work & blood pressure!! not only that but there was a woman who came in with nothing wrong with her but a swollen ankle who was assisted before my friend as well as people who are in need of care & assistance; assisted in which she found out that nothing was wrong with her and was able to leave. they leave wheelchairs in the lobby that are blocking chairs in the wait rooms. Wow there's people in the lobby who have medical emergencies someone is having breathing issues one person has had a heart attack the people with minor issues are being assisted. none of the doctors or nurses gave names, so as far as we are concerned there unknown other people have been sitting in the lobby waiting for assistance for over two hours and still have you been assistant, I feel as if they are trying to wait until 12 to get us or bottles back so we can have a paid visit. overall I wouldn't recommend coming to this the facility, Corrible staff they don't take care of patients patients will be sitting for hours I am a college student and I still need a note for me sent back to campus DONT COME HERE !
