I contacted five separate plumbers to replace a tank-less water heater. Two provided me with completely outrageous quotes. One never provided me with a quote as he promised twice. One gave me a reasonable quote but never showed up. After another Google search I found Pike Plumbing about 25 miles from where I live. Pike's office staff was very professional giving me a reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled a next day service call. Kris and Chandler arrived on time and immediately began removing the old heater. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. The task was handled quickly and has worked flawlessly for several weeks. Service: Water heater installation

Kris is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, timely and respectful. I hired Roto Rooter of Arab and was totally ripped off and the guy threw his cigarettes all around my house. But thank God for Kris and Pikes Plumbing!!! They came to my rescue and I highly recommend Kris for his qualifications and kindness and Pikes Plumbibg for all your Plumbing needs!!! Pikes Plumbing & Gas is a excellent company. I have used them many times to pump my sewer, jet wash the sewer lines under my house and for plumbing issues over the years. Yesterday March 1, 2022 Jacob & Chandler came an installed a new kitchen faucet (after removing the old one that broke in pieces. They replaced all the polybutylene lines under my sink and installed shut off valves on each line. They installed a new undercounter water filter system and reconnected my dish washer line. These guys did an excellent job and really care about doing an excellent job for the customer. They do things the correct way. (I once had a Heat & Air & plumbing company so I should know) I would also like to say that another Pikes' employee came to my home on an after hours call & fixed a leak under my house and his name is Kris and he to is excellent as were all the guys that came over the years. This company does things right! I am a customer & am not related to any owners or employees of this business! I did this review because of the excellent work they have done for me all these years!
