I abruptly started having a lot of leaks under my house. 6 in less than 5 months. I checked the pressure on the house and the readings went from 80 to 110. Clearly they changed something in the last few months that blew up my pressure leading to a lot of damage to my subflooring and insulation under my house. I called to talk to them about it and they said it was my problem regardless of the damage their ridiculous pressure had caused they would not even come out to install a regulator. Please be aware and check your pressure! They don't care if it wrecks your house it's not their problem!

Granted it's been a couple of years, but when I bought my house and needed water turned on they were incredibly helpful. They really bent in any way I needed to work around my schedule so I could live in my freshly purchased house with running water. The ladies up front were fantastic. And again during another time when I needed something notorized.

It must be an individual that answers the phone that gets a 'rude' status bc I have never in the 4 years have had them to be rude to me. Even on the phone! I enjoy riding over there with my 4 kids to get 'suckers' and have small chat before we take off. The drive thru is a wonderful update! I, personally, love the atmosphere!
