The owner of restoration 1 was so knowledgeable and helpful to me. He was willing to talk extensively to me about my mold issue while knowing the whole time I had already paid someone else to do it. I wish I would have known of this company from the start and I would have called them with a doubt. So thankful for honest and kind people like them. Will definitely use them in the future!

Very responsive and actually comes to help you out. This is in stark contrast to others I called in the area, who were flaky and unprofessional. Plus, he’s a really nice guy.

My house flooded June 19, 2021, along with half the houses in our neighborhood. The next day, Keith Hyche, owner of Restoration 1, stopped at my house. I had already talked to ServPro, who was also offering help. Keith came into the house making recommendations about what we should be doing right then to get the humidity out of the house. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and desire to help. I asked when he could start, and he said right now. The other company said maybe tomorrow. Keith’s team had all the wet carpet out of my house that day. They put out fans and dehumidifiers, saving my furniture and my house. Some of my neighbors lost most of their furniture while waiting for the other company to get to work. My neighbor fired that company and hired Restoration 1 when she saw what an excellent job they were doing for me. I wouldn’t use anyone but Restoration 1 if I ever have need of their services again.
