        Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Ran out of gas on Tuesday and was told it was tenatively scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday. Really with kids we have no heat and no hot water. BUT THEY SAID WE UNDERSTAND!!!

        You didn't show up on the scheduled (AND CONFIRMED) date. Calling is a frustrating mess... on hold for 1 hour and 32 minutes, someone picked up and then HUNG UP!!
