I guess our request and money wasn’t important enough to this company. We were told to leave an address and number and that was the last we heard which wasted valuable time. Definitely not someone that deserves our business.

Talked with Gary and scheduled an appointment-no show and no apology, so I called back hoping he would tell me the reason for the no show. He did not, but told me he would come on that afternoon at around 5:15 and again, no show and no apology. This fiasco just reenforces that reviews can be deceiving.
