I spent 45 mins in the drive thru tonight waiting on my food. While watching ppl that came in way behind me getting their food and leaving. When I got my food it was cold and the sandwich was burnt and very hard. When I asked why I had to wait I got the drive thru for 45 mins for my food. I heard one of the girls says it’s been ready for a while. I am very disappointed I have never waited for food in a drive thru for 45 mins for a sandwich and nuggets:

The Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries and Sweet Tea was delicious plus it was hot to.

No more curb side, employees at the window were talking about customers "finessing" them because the vehicle in front customer told them their brownie was missing. Girl said she hated when they got "finessed," happened all the time, and there's nothing they could do about it. While customers should not get free food for lying, it's pretty unprofessional for them to be talking about it in that way in front of everyone. Sandwich was a little overcooked or stale. Also I still haven't been offered even points to cover some fries after paying for them and not receiving them.
