I'm currently looking for another Primary Doctor. I see Dr. Chandra and Joanne. Joanne is more caring and concerning. Dr. Chandra is more disconnected with his patients. I dont like there refill process whats so ever, you get a prescription for up to maybe a month or 2 months but next refills they always want to see you. Even if its a medication that you really do not need to skip they will not refill give you a partial or anything. I'm trying to get my medications transferred to my Rheumy so I want have to go through the long break in between my medicine. Why am I paying money seeing you and theirs nothing wrong plus you have no clue as to whats going on with me at all even though I been there over 4 years. Most of the time I refer people to follow up with my Rheumatologist if they want to really know about me and my health situation cause my suppose to be primary care doesn't have a clue.

I am new to the town and looking for a new doctor I found them online and went in, it was very clean, and everyone was very nice and friendly. t I spoke with Michelle and Amanda last week, About becoming a new patient, Michelle was very sweet, helpful and gave me all the formation I needed and answered all my question. (Michelle is the office manager). It was a great atmosphere, very warm and professional. I want to thank you for all your help and answering all my questions. I look forward to being a new patience. If i could i would give them 10 stares just for the atmosphere when you walk in.
