        Stood in line, waiting to be waited on for some 15 to 20 minutes, along with 5 others, then I finally got my turn and was told that I had to call the customer service number because she couldn't help me. Customer service is really lacking. It took 3 phone calls and 2 visits to the store Before, IT was finally corrected. Thank you Customer Service.
