Good place to work but they fire all there good employees and hire temps every year around Christmas

If your an employee you can forget moving up and becoming successful. They don't post open positions and if they do its for a day. If you get lucky enough to catch an open position posted you can forget getting it because they are gonna hire somebody externally. I don't know what their deal is about growing internally but they don't want that. They just hire their buddies from outside and put them in management positions. I also had the head HR guy straight up tell me that seniority does not matter. I tried getting on day shift for over a year. The whole time they steadily hired people from outside on day shift. Hated my job 90% of my time there. Glad I'm gone.

Great place to work. Safe work environment with carring management.
