The owner, John Kessler, has always been someone we have totally trusted and depended on for new unit replacement, service, and repair. His work has always been performed professionally, at a fair and reasonable price, and above expectation. Simple things like when he installed a new unit in our house he replaced the older return grill on the other end of the house just to make them match and left a case of filters for both.

I would HIGHLY recommend the guys at R&B. The men were so knowledgeable, quick/efficient, and sweet. They had our leaky heating system back up and running in no time even during this crazy ice storm and took the time to explain what was going on. It was truly a pleasure to have them.
