        Took my vehicle on a Thursday told them what I wanted done.... told me they’d get it it the next day. Didn’t call didn’t do it. Said they’d work on it Saturday after I called them as they would be shut down the entire next week. At 2;00 I showed up on Saturday to get the truck because I was told they close at 4. Still no call or contact. Still no work done. Said the truck was fine and he didn’t see the need to do the work I asked to be completed. Translation we shouldn’t have taken your truck because we didn’t have the time to do it. I had the part purchased and left with instructions on what I wanted done. Don’t waste your time with them!! Set me back 3 days and starting from scratch again.

        I only give this Jack's one star,because it took me 20 min to get my food plus I had to tell them they messed my order up twice.I was very disappointed!!!
