        Needed a replacement for a defective mounting bolt cover. Had 2 toilets replaced and my plumber used this vendor for the seat. Customer service was no help. They stated the cover was not available as a part. Won't use this vendor when we build our new home next year. When it comes to customer service "They DON'T have it." This would have been a simple customer save and they blew it. Stay away from this company.
