I would recommend every first time home buyer to go through this Mortgage lender. Shane made this a great experience by, quickly and effectively answering any question my wife or I had, never making us feel the question was trivial or unnecessary . During this time I was working off of a very small time window due to my demanding work schedule. Shane was extremely understanding and worked around this give us exceptional service and letting us know exactly what was going on, and when it was happening. Shane also helped us find our realtor and our agent has been nothing but the absolute best, she helped us secure an amazing house the day it went on the market!! Cant recommend enough thank you guys so much for everything you have done!!

We contacted Jeanine because we wanted to use someone local who could cater to our situation and close our loan quickly. Even with the pandemic, she was able to do that for us. She worked relentlessly and always kept us updated. I would highly recommend contacting Jeanine at Hometown Lenders.
