Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and goes beyond the call of duty to assist you.
Staff are very knowledgeable and really explain things on your level. I highly recommend Jack Ingram Volkswagen to anyone. Magan Brazell is outstanding, very customer focus and goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist and she is caring with a genuine personality.
I had my vehicle serviced again on 8/14/21. The service again was outstanding. My service Rep. Rita was very kind and her follow-up, knowledge and feedback was outstanding. The Technician that worked on my vehicle is also outstanding and both are to be commended for quality service. I am very proud to recommend Jack Ingram Volkswagen to anyone.

Made a reservation for 70k service @ 9:30 AM. Finished 2:40PM. 5 hours is just ridiculous. Other dealerships finish these services within 3 hours. I was late to work because of the long wait. Will not recommend.

They made the car leasing experience easy, especially since I did this remotely from Colorado! Even delivered the car to my daughter who attends Auburn University!
