I love Palm Beach Tans, It's always clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. There is only 1 thing I have negative to say about Palm Beach Tans is that they're isn't one in Wetumpka, Alabama!!! I have to drive back and forth from Wetumpka to Montgomery to tan because Wetumpka doesn't have a tanning salon, so PLEASE open one in Wetumpka!!!

I had a diamond level membership that I needed to be frozen for several months so I asked palm beach to freeze my account because this is a feature they offer. I needed my account frozen for the month of January 2018 and I asked for my membership to be frozen two weeks ago and they told me that it was too late to freeze for January and the aromatic draft had already went through for the month. I accpet that but when I checked my account they had charged me for the month of January two weeks after they told me it was too late. I called the corporate office for help on this issue you bc I did not want to have my membership for January. They would not refund the month they charged and was very rude on the phone and gave me no type of help even after I told them I was unstatisfied and was never going to continue my membership with their company. They clearly said “okay goodbye” I have never been treated so poorly with customer service before in my life!! I had to end up disputing the charge with my bank!
