I filed a complaint against a Doctor for touching me in appropriately, they will do absolutely nothing, the State medical board is absolutely useless and needs to be shut down, the state needs to fire all of them and put the money to good use instead of this place, i filed a police report and thats worked harder for me than any state medical examiner board.

You would think that the Medical Examiners board when over 1200 patients were put on the street in Birmingham Alabama . After Doctor Ronald Moons abandoned them with no place to go . Some were hospitalized and some killed them self . That the Boad would do something to help these people get restitution and help. But noooo they say they don't care what happens to people . i filed a complaint about my oncologist who told me to call my PCP during my chemo treatments when i started throwing up bile. YES, ALBME IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. i gave ALBME permission to get the records from my oncologist office and NO WHERE ELSE. but the investigator unlawfully looked up my prescription data on Alabama's Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) and then called one of my doctors who told me. i'm submitting a HIPAA complaint (45 C.F.R. 164 is the HIPAA regulation, BTW) against that investigator and against ALBME. i'm also suing them for WRONGFUL INTRUSION OF MY PRIVACY. what a POS agency.

Called this place to report a doctor and they were HORRIBLE. The person in charge of sending out the paperwork for claims needs to be FIRED for her attitude. Probably best to just go through the Legal system...what a shame!
