These folks at Applied Security Concepts have made having a home security system the easiest experience possible. The app that manages the system is pretty high tech with some really helpful usage info, it just takes some learning to use. As a customer for over a year, I appreciate interacting with real, kind, and local people. They remember my name, details about my situation and the house and have earned some cheerleading on here. Super affordable, too. Recommend highly to anyone in the Mgm region.

With all the security companies out there with promises they cannot commit to, I decided to go with a local company (in the Tri-County area), and I am so glad I did! Applied Security Concepts went above and beyond what I expected. The customer service was excellent; they recommended what would be best for my needs, and installed in a timely manner. They even called back to check on everything, and to see if I had any questions.I highly recommend Applied Security Concepts to anyone looking for a security system, residential or commercial. Really nice people with really bad software. The alarm.Com software they use has user interfaces that are poorly written and hard to intuitively use. The folks who run it try their best to keep everything running but without a software fix they will lose out to better software

My boss wanted me to call to get some info about installing a security system for one of our offices in AL.   When I called, the owner just hung up on me.  Maybe they though it was a sales call so I called back and the other person answered, I think the other owner.  Not knowing who I was or why I was calling, she says, "Oh I think he already hung up on you."  Talk about rude and ungracious people.  Thank goodness we didn't hire them.  What a shitty company.
