This and US Food are the only restaurant supplies in Montgomery. Hawk has a better selection of tools and appliance for the commercial kitchen. They are just starting to handle disposables have have a very small selection. Compared between the two, Hawk has a much larger selection and slightly better price on kitchen tools. They will order what ever you want if you ask them to get for you. If you factor in shipping, they are competitive with online suppliers.

30 January 2023 I went there today simply to look around. I nearly purchased a tomato knife because it is extremely difficult to find a high end tomato knife for roughly $16.00. I already have four tomato knives so I was able to convince myself not to buy it. They have an unbelievable deal on a box of 12 dinner table candles. I already have several boxes, so I refrained from them. Like I already have in my review, if you are in need of anything in your kitchen, I highly recommend looking here because of the quality and prices. The staff working there are all friendly, polite and courteous. 27 June 2023 I stopped by there this afternoon. I went there for a timer. Walking around the store I thought about my review. If you are in need of kitchen stuff, please look here before you purchase elsewhere. My kitchen is 130% complete. I still enjoy looking around. 27 December 2023 No, it is still an excellent place to purchase kitchen necessities. I almost bought an eight quart heavy duty stainless steel mixing bowl, but I talked myself out of it. There is absolutely nothing I want or need, but I usually walk out with something. Once again I highly recommend Hawk Inc. When you are looking for something you need in your kitchen or restaurant.
