The best gym I've been to in a long time. I judge a gym by 3 things: Atmosphere, location and equipment. This place gets top star for all 3. Located in a very busy intersection making it easy to access. There's no excuse not to go. It's a throw back atmosphere with modern equipment. You can tell the owners wanted it to be a relaxing family environment because of how welcoming the staff makes you feel. The fact it's one of the largest helps and the owners work out daily helps them stay in touch with the needs of the members. What I liked most is the variety. Rarely do you find a gym that's big enough to offer more than fitness. At this place, they offer martial arts, crossfit section, bodybuilding, aerobics, meals, smoothie bar and several other classes to meet your fitness needs. If in search of a gym home, go try it out and tell them Walt sent ya.
