I met with Wayne yesterday because I was having trouble with my mask and cushion. He was very kind, understanding and professional. He spent a lot of time with me and ensured I had the correct cushion and showed me how to adjust the mask and explained in detail the proper us of my machine. I had the best night's sleep last night following Wayne's advice.

I went there this morning because my BPAP had stopped pumping air. The staff were awesome and treated my problem as if it was their own. They took the time to look over my machine and replace it. Very wonderful experience.

Kathy was delightful ! I could not walk well and she came to my car to get my paperwork and prescription , to me this is above and beyond! She is an asset to your company and I will surely refer others to your place of business and Kathy!

I have to give TIM a hugh thank you. He went above the norm to make sure I didn't go without a wheelchair over the weekend after my horrible accident. Thank you for being so helpful
