        They do what they can to help out and will work with your financial situation (they're happy to meet in the middle). They're relentless when it comes to calling about a payment thats due. Can't blame them after all; it is their job. After being woken up at 8 a.m. and answering the phone 5-10 more times it does make you somewhat resentful for pulling out a loan in the first place. Even more so for not being able to make payments on time. Overall they're lenient with you and don't make you feel ashamed when going inside to make a payment.
