I contacted Courtney to obtain an auto and homeowners quote. She immediately sent me to someone else in her office who emailed me asking how I wanted to make a payment. I responded back questioning her, stating I was looking for a quote, not trying to make a payment. I never heard anything back, so I emailed Courtney again and still no response. I eventually received mail notification that she had created a policy on both of my vehicles without my knowledge. I called her office to get it canceled, which they were very flippant about. A month later I got an invoice again on one of the vehicles. Tried to contact multiple times through email, finally had to call back and speak to customer service to get everything canceled after 3 months. I've never made a payment, nor did I ever request a policy to be started...I still never got a quote. Extremely upset with this agent
