        Nobody EVER answers the phone. When you do get through to any answering system, you don't get returned calls. I am trying to help a family member. This is not the first time. It's every time. I pray for you if you get an illness and need to be seen outside of a routine scheduled exam. If you do manage to get through, they can't see you for several days.

        Doctor Nazareno is very thorough and personal. It is hard to find a doctor with her kind of work ethic these days. If she says she will do it, she will. The staff is always nice to me too. Very awesome!
