Amazing service on product bought long ago! Needed small Emtek washers for loose handles installed 13 years ago. Ashley Clines responded to email same day, contacted the company within a day, & had the washers shipped from the manufacturer that day. I have built several homes in my lifetime, & have never received such prompt & effective service. In the future, they will be my "go-to" vendor for hardware whenever possible.

Placed an order online and picked up in store. The showroom was well lit and had a wide variety of options. Their prices are great but their customer service is even better. Ashley was both personable and eager to help. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
