        I switched from a pretty small gym to Golds awhile back. I thought Id hate the change in dynamic, but its been fine! Ive been training with Jen, who is so awesome!! The classes are great! My 1 compliant....its a GYM and theres not 1.single.ceiling fan??? The small box fans are not always accessible. I have nerve damage on the right side of my body, so I overheat easy!! This makes doing classes with no fans very difficult at times.
