        Josh D. worked tirelessly to assist us with the breakdown of our unit . He is a very pleasant worker a d very patient and helpful by explaining problematic areas in the 20 plus year old system. Thx for your genuine service

        I hate that my residence requires us to have Dixie if I could Ill give them zero stars . You would think prepaid is better but no its not ALABAMA POWER ME PLEASE

        I have two major issues with Dixie Electric in south Montgomery County. 1] Service has gotten so unreliable we had to spend a boatload of money to install a whole house generator. Often the power would go out on a clear, blue sky day with no wind. 2] A Dixie Electric right of way maintenance crew knocked down and drove over the fence to get to their ROW. This happened just recently. The unbelievable thing is that there is gate access to the line and the gate has a Dixie Electric lock on it. The finished the work and did not even bother to repair the fence. And this is a fence that keeps our livestock in. Shame on Dixie Electric for damaging our fence and then not repairing it immediately.

      Our payment processing portion of our site is down between 11 pm and 1 am for maintenance and updates each night. Payments can be made at any time outside of those hours.
