        I initially scheduled my first appointment in November, for January 10. I called January 6 to confirm since I didnt hear anything. The lady that answered told me she didnt see my appointment, so she scheduled me for January 11 at 3:30. I get a call the morning of my appointment, to be told that Im not scheduled again and asks if I can come January 13. I explained to the receptionist Ive already taken off work she didnt care and no one took responsibility, this was a complete waste of time.
