awful, literally my boyfriend got shot and wasnt able to work due to nerve damage, broken bones, & recovering from bullet removal surgery. We couldve really used the help from ACV. they take absolutely forever to process any application. They have more holidays (off days) than times where they actually meet to go over cases. They only meet 4 times a year to go over cases. ??? What sense does that make. Now 3 months later we called for an update (its hard to get in contact with them bc they are bad at answering phones and emails) and the lady over his case said they just need to verify his hospital bills. We called 2 weeks later, still not verified?? All it takes is one phone call to rhe Huntsville hospital billing department & the medical bills could easily be verified. Makes me think that theyre not even working on the cases over there. And in the website it says they provide assistance in a timely manner. The BIGGEST CAP EVER!! Please do better ACV. Very disappointed. From- the gf of a victim of a crime here in alabama who would like to be compensated
