Do not bring your car to these people they are not that good owner is a fraud only wants your money and car will be back down the next day...... take ur care to a real deal dealership

On May 31,2016 I dropped my car off at the Bring Your Own Parts auto shop in Montgomery Alabama. BYOP was to install a motor in my 2003 Hyundai Sonata. I ordered a motor and had it shipped to the store which arrived on Monday June 06,2016. The shop owner advised me the car would be ready no later than that Wed afternoon. To make a long story short, I was given the run around until today Tuesday June 14,2016 when I went into the shop to inquire about my car.Not only was my car not ready but it was stripped. The motor was removed along with the parts that are under the hood including the battery. I found food where they apparently ate lunch in the car, but this is not the worst part. The owners were extremely rude, they used profanity and pushed my car out of the shop and dropped the motor beside the car. One of the employees which was the owners son began kicking my motor and screaming obscenities.I had to have my car towed and filed a complaint with the police department. The new motor I had delivered to the store was not returned to me. This place should be closed down.

I usually dont do reviews but I advise that if your car is messed up. DO NOT take your car there. The customer service sucks. They are very rude. Its owned by a woman who clearly doesnt know anything about cars or how to hire noncriminals. The guys walk around with guns on their hips and are cons. I went in for just a simple sensor. I ended getting 3 sensors. The charged an extra $150 because they say they had to order another sensor that I had just took them. But its "Bring Your Own Parts" and they NEVER asked could they order another one. When I got my car it was taking off funny so I went to a real shop where they told me they cut sum wiring "TWICE" and duct taped it. So my wiring is off on my throttle sensors. No one should give those nontechs any of their money or time. Nothing but thugs and con artist

I took my wife's 2010 Lincoln Mkz there to have the motor mounts replaced. The job was finished when they told me it would be. The lady that I spoke with was very nice, I am proud to say that I would go back to them
