Fox's Towing Service

Fox Towing closed for business in 2015 so the sources for these reviews are questionable. A 3.3 rating is a smear on the fine reputation and good name of a company that provided excellent service in Mobile, AL for many years. The mean spirited comments must be meant for some other company in another city and state with the same name.

I told them the address and the name of the business I was broken down at. I was at the very front and I waited an hour and a half and they said they couldn't find me. They said they came to the address and I wasn't there, and they still charged me for "the tow truck driver having to come out" even though I think it's a scam. They probably do this to people all the time. They don't have an office and they run it out of their home. I would advise not using this towing company. It was 60 dollars for me to just sit there and wait.
