Had this company come and give me an estimate at my home. We agreed on a price and a day for the job to be done. He didn't show up the day he said he would, stating he had to reschedule. When I asked what date the job could be rescheduled for, he simply stopped responding. Had to get the job done with someone else. I remained polite the whole interaction, no reason for him to have backed out of the job the way he did. I would have appreciated him simply stating he couldn't do the job rather than wasting my time. Would not recommend using this company.
